The First Impression Specialist is a position that is based in a fast-paced environment that includes change and variety.  If you pride yourself in the ability to interact with co-workers and customers with enthusiasm, tact, and empathy, then this position is for you.

Major Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Greets, announces, and converses with customers
• Answers incoming phone calls
• Answers routine customer service questions
• Accepts packages and assists vendors with deliveries
• Sorts and distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail
• Sends completed title product to customer
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications for Summer Employment:

• Available to work Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
• A helpful and cheerful image
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
• The ability to function as a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Use Information Technology to save time
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
